Beta terms

AssistVault is currently a private 0.12.x beta. This website accepts applications for selected invitations. It does not sell a license or provide automatic access.

Applications and trial access

The beta is intended for a small group of 10–30 testers. Applying is free; an application does not guarantee an invitation or a response time. If selected, you will receive download and license instructions directly. The standard app trial is seven days, with the period specified in your invitation.

A trial license is issued for your installation and requires activation. Access ends when that license expires unless it is extended or replaced. The beta application form is separate from activation; it does not collect an installation ID or your OpenRouter key.

Your Mac and model costs

The portable beta requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later. Some native computer-control features require macOS 27 or later and the relevant Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions.

You need your own OpenRouter account and API key. Model usage is billed separately by your provider; a free app trial does not include AI credits. Choose a budget in the app before running paid model work.

Working with a beta

Features and behavior may change, and bugs can occur. Use copies of important files for testing, review generated work and check requested permissions before approving actions. Only give the app access to information and services you are authorized to use. Support and beta feedback can be sent to support@teachvault.app.

Planned paid plans

The website's prices describe planned launch plans: yearly access at $49 or ₹1,999; lifetime access at $129 or ₹4,999 with one year of updates; and a planned lifetime launch offer at $79 or ₹2,999 for the first 100 customers. These are not an active checkout or a reservation of a price.

“Lifetime” describes the app license, rather than unlimited future updates or included model usage. Before paid sales open, checkout will show the applicable currency, taxes, license and update period, payment details, and cancellation or refund terms. No payment is requested through the current beta form.
